Its STRENGTH TRAINING Tuesday!... Simply target an area of the body and challenge it! Thats what makes muscle strong - strong means lean firm toned - if the image you have of conditioned muscle is bulk muscle - I can promise you there was an extreme way of getting that bulk - many times it was chemicals, or extreme routines (hours of weight training each day)! For those of us that want healthy lean muscle - we can accomplish this with 2 to 3 sessions per week of basic exercises like squats and lunges for legs and backend muscle / chest press and row for chest and back muscle / arm curls and arm extensions for bicep and tricep areas / and finally core exercise that includes front, sides, and low back areas of your middle!
