Its Sabbath and I am finally home. The house is quiet except for Mick is snoring on the couch where he was waiting for me to get back. My cousins Mel and Ronnie, Ronnies wife and daughter came down to visit mom. Elmer and Barbara, my brother and sister-in-law, and my sister Rita and her son Kevin have been here since mom was still in the ER. Rita has not left moms side. Thankfully the hospital has accommodations for family to stay over night. Mom is very much the same as in the ER. We are thankful to God for all He has done for us over the past 2 days. He has us all in His loving arms. We give Him our all. What better way to walk this sad journey. Still we know she will rest in death and rise again to glory. Mom and I used to giggle that in heaven we would be tall and thin! We are praying and waiting.
