Its Saturday,it has been a Very Productive Day.As I sit down and start working on strumthosestrings my mind wanders to my folks and am Thankful for the Lessons they taught while they were on earth. I was raised, I didnt just grow up, was taught manners which include Please and Thank You and to Respect my Elders, although as I get older there are less Elders. I was taught how to allow Elders to sit, get out of the chair and offer it to an Elder. I was taught to work and to take pride in what I accomplish by hard work.Helping those in need was a wonderful lesson, along with holding the door for the person following you, saying Yes Sir, No Sir, and Excuse Me when needed. But I think the Greatest Lesson was to Love people for who they are, not for what they can give me. I learned the Golden Rule and always try to treat people exactly the way I would like to be treated. Thank you Mom and Dad for making me who I am.
