Its ThirstyThursday, are you increasing your water intake. Read some of the benefits of increasing your water intake at webmd/diet/features/6-reasons-to-drink-water. Since the start of the new year, I have some of the other beverages I was drinking and replaced that with a refreshing glass of water. You can add lemon juice and other fruits to infuse the water with additional nutrients. Here is my challenge to you, I want you to replace one of your beverages each day for the next week with an extra glass of water. Once you feel comfortable go ahead and try at least one glass in the morning, one in the afternoon and one before you go to bed.
