Its Thursday & the weekend is just about here. For some of us thats exciting, but for others, not so much. Do you spend your weekends trying to catch up on chores & to dos or are you organized enough through the week, to be able to spend this time with your family (having fun)? Ask yourself: Is my cleaning routine effective? or is my house in chaos? Something you can do to get the house in order, before the family is together on the weekends is to make a list of everything that needs done during the week - on Sunday. Then post that list where everyone can see it every day (fridge, mirror, etc). Examples: laundry, menu planning, grocery shopping, cleaning. Try to check off your list by Thursday evening. If this means getting the kids and your husband involved, delegate away. *Attempting to have all of the laundry washed & put away by Thursday is a biggie for me. Whatever is on your list, make it a priority to complete before your family time approaches. You cant get this precious time back. Dont spend it cleaning out toilets.
