Its #TransformationTuesday! In 1863, the K-State Libraries had just 2,700 volumes and no dedicated building. Since then, the libraries has moved several times to various buildings across campus including the Farm Machinery Hall, Anderson Hall and Fairchild Hall before 1926 when construction began on a library building. That building has been renovated three times, most recently with the dedication of Hale Library in 1997. Collectively #KState libraries now maintain more than three million volumes to support the diverse academic, instructional, and research activities of K-State with the assistance of more than 100 full-time staff.
