Its Tuesday and its Day 2 of my 12 Days of Fitness. Today we are working the shoulders, triceps and core with the pike up & down with a push-up. Remember to add this to yesterdays plank butt kickers so you do 1 minute of the pike up/down and 1 minute of the plank butt kickers for 2 minutes. You can modify todays move by not coming up so high in your pike position or coming down on your knees in a modified push-up position and less range of motion with your push-up. Tag your fitness friends and lets rock today! Dont forget to check back tomorrow for Day 3.
