Its a NEW ERA! 100k a month is no longer just for the connected who use each others big lists to blast a huge herd of eager follower/dreamers. Its also for the committed who are willing to serve their clients to massive levels of service and create unthinkable results all the way to the least common denominator. And do it with humility and respect.
