Its a cold whether ALERT! with news team coverage and special music and graphics and tweets and instagram pics from the viewers and cold whether clothing advisories. Whew! If they hadnt said something, I would have gone to work in my Bermuda shorts, tank top and flip flops. Im old enough to remember the dark ages when we had to dial WE 6-1212 to get a forcast. Think how hard it was. 1. Pick up the phone. 2. Dial the number - not press buttons but dial! Thats putting your finger in the correct holes and expending the effort to rotate the dial. One-Number-At-A-Time. Then you had to LISTEN. NO Graphics. And it was just the forcast. You had to make your own decisions as to what to wear. Such hardship! We really do live in wonderful times.
