Its a nice idea, but science says this urn will not turn you into a tree. Trees are made almost entirely out of carbon captured from the atmosphere, not dirt or minerals from the ground. Your only posthumous contribution to plant life is over when your body is cremated and your carbon is released (no organic, carbon-based matter survives the heat of the cremation process). You can test this fact at home by filling a pot with soil, weighing it, growing a tree, then carefully removing the plant roots from the dirt and weighing the pot again. If you didnt wash away or drop any soil, youll see the pot weighs exactly the same. Trees are made of air.
