Its a rainy day and what better way to wile away the hours than to grip a squirrel, wrench a monkey, or just horse around. Well there is a better way - build a curry from the ground up, and I mean from the grounding of the spices in a good old fashioned mortar and pestle right up to chopping the chilli and then going to the toilet after youve de-seeded it. Bit of a ritual when I cook a curry. Anyway enough raving on about lets have a look at it through the pictures below. First photo is the ground spices dry fried and let me tell you it makes your house smell beautiful like a downtown Dehli curry hut. 2nd photo is the base lamb, stock, coconut cream, curry leaves. 3rd photo is the fried spices added to the base. Stirred this through and any more photos might be a bit too rude to post cos Im pretty sure people are gonna have a lambgasm when they eat this.
