Its a wrap! Mystic Flow is in the can (although I still have to write the script and record it). Every muscle in my body is burning and I am utterly exhausted, but so happy. Altogether The Yoga of Awakening series will have over 20 hours of content. Thanks to Janell Cox for making sure my alignment was tight and Beyond Yoga for my fabulous wardrobe. All my parts stayed in and I was able to focus on my poses and breath without being distracted. I intend to spend the next few days recovering!
