Its all about pre & post January 25th 2011 Egypt Anyone who has any interest in Egypt,the Egyptian or the middle eastern culture, is likely to enjoy reading the attached article. It has more then a few view points to challenge, but the author completely ignore the major factor of the social Egyptian conflict, that is neither religious, nor financial but rather the complete rejection of accepting the settlement of agreeing to differ, mainly with the attitude of My way or the motorway. In general terms I find the Egyptians (occasionally myself included though I worked and am working on ameliorating this deficiency trait) less likely (to put it extremely mildly) to accept criticism compared to most other nations. Naturally the reasons vary and I will not disclose my personal opinion about it to remain popular, so I guess this remark alone speaks for itself. They also dont accept defeat easily if at all. This trait might be positive on the one hand but it has its down-side like everything else in life. Unfortunately that down side is hardly ever considered, hence hurdles get bigger in stead of getting patched up and eventually cured or sorted out once and for all. As I said, I tried my best to keep my personal opinion to myself and I hope those who care about Egypt would read the enclosed article and also my humble comment and then tell me about it if they care to do so.
