Its almost back to school, and Ive been waking up early to get my workouts in, hey theyre only 25 min!!! Love me some T25 (Im almost done with it too!!!) Cant beat that! Anywho, I needed a break from stressing over my set up, what better way to de stress than with a mini workout! My beautiful niece recorded me (and helped me tons too) sooo you might see her hand wave lol! Move of the day: plank- knee ins, knees down. Hold a plank position, bring your knees in and try to keep that booty down! Take your knees back out and lower them to the ground in a controlled motion. Do this for a minute n repeat 3-5 times. Youll totally feel it in your core! Have fun! Tag a frd who would love to try this! :) #humpday
