Its almost parkrun day! Sam will be your run director tomorrow, please ensure Sam and her team of volunteers are smothered with thanks and praise for running our event. We will be running/walking the cross country course (unfortunately prams arent suitable on the cross country course). 7.50am - first timers briefing 7.55am - pre-run briefing 8am - GO Please note Penrith Lakes parkrun will be cancelled on 20/9/14 & 4/10/14 due to other events being held at the Sydney International Regatta Centre. Our closest parkruns are Parramatta parkrun and Campbelltown parkrun if youd like to try some parkrun tourism. Whos joining us?
