Its always nice and very rare to get to see my whole family together in one place. Funerals are bittersweet reunions but still nice to see where I come from and feel the love for a little bit. My Uncle Bob was a good man and I couldnt help but imagine him there, by my Aunts side, cold Budweiser in his hand....hed tell a little joke, a little garbled and mumbled under his breath and laugh...and Id laugh along whether I understood him or not.....You see Bob had a way of laughing at the world and I just wanted to be in on the joke...even when I was just a little boy. He was my Uncle Bob....Nothing more and nothing less and I will never forget him. Rest in peace dear kind man...This ones for you...
