Its an interesting adventure. You go into the center of Light and Knowing and are consumed with direct knowledge of its truth and source. However, you know you have to leave, for an undetermined amount of time, so the goal is to see the Light and know the Knowing so deep that when you go into the darkness again you remember what you saw. The challenge is time and the degradation of direct experience over time: everything in the dark is purposefully designed to draw you away from the Light and to corrupt the citadel of inner Knowing. But you know it all along, when in the center and you know it when in the dark. So you just have to know, which is so easy and so hard.
