Its another stroke of genius for the liberal democrats. As they continue the march across the United States legalizing pot and rendering the masses lethargic and senseless , they create more and more helplessly dependent voters enlarging the desperate welfare roles and therefore, their voter base. Look for them to develop government programs giving away taxpayer purchased pot as needed maybe through obeymecare, to insure compliance and a submissive group of dumb masses. Oh, and this all in the name of a caring party.
