Its as simple as this. The reason why goods in the Philippines are overpriced because of laws. Considering Philippines as a corrupted, and high ratings in poverty according to the cpi.transparency.org/cpi2013/results/, laws, lawmakers and law implementers are the key factors that affect the efficiency of our country today. Mao na nga nag.implementar sila ug mga balaod nga para ra sad sa ilahang kaayuhan. Why would such modifications of motorized vehicles be prohibited to the public when it helps reduce drug addiction, prostitution and other vises that would lead to crimes? Also giving the fact that these customization of motorized vehicles is somewhat like recreational activities for motorized vehicle enthusiasts. Will modifying motorized vehicles threaten the government? OF COURSE NOT! In fact, modification parts and accessories are part of the economy. If the law is implemented, will it change the situation of safety and security of drivers and passengers? NO! It is the ignorance of the drivers to certain situations that put their lives in danger! And one big fact is that, IT IS THE MOTORIZED VEHICLE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITIES IF HE/SHE HAD AN ACCIDENT AND NOT THE GOVERNMENT! If LTOs issues are those excessively loud pipes roaming around the area at night, where are the POLICE OFFICERS at checkpoints, CITOM, or EVEN BARANGAY TANODS? THEY MAY only be BARANGAY TANODS BUT THEY ALSO ARE LAW ENFORCERS. WHY DONT YOU TRY COORDINATE WITH the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS? THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?! YOU OUT OF YOUR MINDS? And lastly, One big issue around here is the freedom of the FILIPINO PEOPLE. According to the 1987 Philippine Constitutions preamble, HAVE YOU TAKEN YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ACCORDING TO THE WILL OF GOD AND OF COURSE THE FILIPINO PEOPLE? I may be young, at 22, speaking like this. But I also care for my country. I care for the government and most importantly, I care for being a FILIPINO CITIZEN. THIS country is NOT A DICTATORSHIP TYPE OF GOVERNMENT OR EVEN TYRANNY! THIS COUNTRY IS PRACTICING DEMOCRACY SO PAY RESPECT TO US and dont implement such FOOLISH LAWS THAT ARE INACCURATE! WE FILIPINO PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO MEET HALFWAY. BUT THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT DO THAT IN IMPLEMENTING LAWS. MY GOSH, MY GOSH, HOW ROTTEN OUR GOVERNMENT CAN BE. -Tingog Ni Juan
