Its bad when you are suppose to be someones friend but then you cant give them the money that you have of theirs... I gave someone money to get me a shirt with Chilo Landins name on it.. If anyone has been keeping up with this knows that Chilo was a sweet boy that meant a lot to me and he died in a car wreck.. So the shirt was important for me.. Someone told me that I could go to the judge cause its a federal offense.. Dont want to take it that far through... What would you do?
