Its been a good day so far momma is headed to Dr. I had to go see about some personal business that is really looking great on my account :) .... really quick ..... got a Big pot of home made beef/ sausage, & veggie soup going cornbread .... I am making Shanna Nichole and, I the grilled chicken salad today we sort of got of track yesterday .... sliced avocados lite salad dressing I made .... water yummy ... we are really trying I think my tummy is not happy b/c its use to junk the good food!!! lol~`.... it wants to reject the healthy stuff ... thats really sad too I havent been eating healthy enough for my stomach to know what is good for it!!!! :( .... did my short wlk I cant wlk far at all I will go again this evening some floor exercise also ... Its Thursday its a good day .... I am feeling the week-end coming on though .... hope all my fb friends have a wonderful blessed Thursday ... Happy as a pig in mud on a warm summer day thats pretty happy :) right? lovessss ♥ ♥ ♥
