Its been a harrowing day. Scratch that. A harrowing few months. And more harrow to come, no doubt. But I sit here on my patio, reading a few blogs that distract me at least, nourish my soul at best, savouring sunset and summer, keeping an eye on my little ones pottering around as they explore all our garden has to offer: peach blossom, spring onions, lettuce, compost, sand, frogs, hens, bunnies, mulberries..... Mom, mom, MOMMY, comes my Boys voice from the hen house. Yes Boy? I love you, Mom. Harrowing perhaps....but actually, my cup runneth over.
