Its been a memorable few days here in Western New York to say the least. For the first time in my 12 plus years in this business I had to miss a day of work because I was snowed in. I had to hike to main road to ensure I didnt miss a second day. Wednesay featured a return to field reporting and a one-on-one with the Governor Andrew Cuomo. I reconnected with a few co-workers who came to Buffalo to help us. As you can see we needed to celebrate the reunion. And finally it was great to see some co-workers who were trapped at home for four days. It kind of puts things in perspective. I was supposed to see my brother and his kids who were going to come in for the Bills-Jets this weekend. That game wont be played here. My nephew sounded sad when we broke the news to him fortunatley Ill see him for Thanksgiving. Its nice to know he still looks forward to seeing me. I even got a call tonight from my other brother Brad. He was worried about his little brother. Im looking forward to seeing my wife tonight. I think I need to count my blessings this weekend.
