Its been about 4 years since I went to Ruby Tuesday, & today is just confirmation that I will never go there again. While the manager was terrific & exchanged my ultra dry chicken sandwich without a hiccup, the hostess & other staff were awful. When my 2 year old asks you where the bathroom is, I think its unacceptable to brush her off & not make any eye contact & respond so...blah-like. The other hostess was also unfriendly when I walked in, rolling her eyes when I asked for the manager. Thank you Ruby Tuesday for your sub-par food & below sub-par customer service. This customer & her family arent returning.
