Its been decided: instead of getting a gym membership to some place Id never show up to and overpay for, Im changing up the basement. Already have a workout bench, my moms giving up her P90x set, the pools being opened up within a month, and the neighborhood loops back to my house in at least 3 ways, each with different elevations of terrain. May buy some mats and dumbbells within the next couple weeks too, especially since the game release schedule is pretty dry for a while...
