Its been one week since my competition and Im ready to start busting it for the next! Ive joined a team out of New York with coach Steve Potenziao... Woot woot!! Started a new diet to help me maximize on some gains for June. Iron Eagle was a great competition. Nothing like being around so many dedicated athletes. And yes the competitor in me was totally bummed to be the only fbb in the pro division BUT the athlete in is very proud of my hard work and improvements I stepped on stage almost 8lbs heavier.. I was very happy with my look but never satisfied :) You gotta train like theres gonna be the most fierce competition on that stage with you.. even if youre the only one sweatin in those stage lights! Work HARD for what you want in life!! Be proud.. Be humble.. Be grateful.. Be driven.. Be unstoppable NEVER DEFEATED
