Its been quite some time f/b family but I like to fill in for those that dont know. My last serious post was 20 July 2014 reference my husband Rev. Willie Simmons.. For all that care and love our family but arent physically close by to be informed personally I want you to know that my husband has recovered tremendously well from a major heart attack. I want to let you know the plans of God for his life is not finished yet. What satan plans for the bad in our lives God turns it for our good and to give Him the glory. I know now what it feels like to personally go through a family crises. You find out a lot about people in general in times like these. The one person I will always be thankful for is my Savior and Lord Christ Jesus! Who was never slack in His support or faith in me nor was I slack in my faith of what my Savior would and always does for me. After all is it not all for His glory to let His love shine through? The bible says that if there is anything good it is because of Him. I thank God for His endless and tireless love for truly He was merciful and without limits when He poured His love out for me on the cross! Thanks be to God Rev.Simmons is long out of the danger zone and Im now back to some level of normalcy in my life. I found out my Blood Pressure shot through the roof from over taxing myself during my husband time of need, For me it was what any wife (child of God) wouldve done without even thinking. I discovered that everyone including myself has a physical limit. I realized in order to take care of someone else I first must seriously take care of myself. God forbid, but should anything close to this arise again in my life Ill know when to say NO and when to say I NEED SOME HELP. At one time I may have been able to do it all myself but Im at a point in my life that I know to ask for help and recognize when your body is screaming for rest. When it does Ill give it what it ask for. i.e.,You cant just take care of everyone else, you HAVE to take care of yourself too!
