Its clear that the Police are about holding their stance on enforcing Statutes and are prepared to arrest people who will not answer their questions ....and no matter how it may be put to them, it seems. Flexing their muscle and in knowing the system is supporting them - that allows them to apply some additional/some add-on charges against you - charges like resisting arrest and or, assaulting a Police Officer. Charges that are serious enough to get you locked up when facing a magistrate and once again, refusing to consent to that fiction given you. They clearly want to nip it in the bud (any challenge to the UNlawfulness of how they are operating) by instilling that fear aspect in people, as described above. We are close to a stage where in simply shopping at a local Mall, the Police could decide to ask you your name and (by failing to give it and in refusing to contract with them), it then becomes game on. To do this, we really need to know the full process and be prepared to accept the consequences for not participating in their criminality. Not giving in to their own presumed state given authority, so to speak. At this stage I woulnt recommend any parent with a family and a job that requires regular income to meet the bills, to do this. Yet those (like myself - single and retired), may just have to decide to join those brave others who have already done so and have shown the way and paid or, are paying that inconvenience price for their doing so. Its fair to assume that the more that do so, the more that other people become aware of the deceitful fraud that it is. And in in doing so, reaching friends here on Facebook who are likely NOT to be taking notice of the TRUTH of the matter. As people who are not yet fully understanding the reasons why we are all slaves to their corrupt system. So this (in getting arrested, etc) can only prove to be a good result, ultimately? How do others feel about this? Please let us all know. Certainly those who have already gone down this road. Are you (those who have already gone down this road) disappointed in any way that a lot more people havent yet joined you in the fight? In that we havent stood along-side you? In not putting our own bodies on the line, supporting your own brave efforts? Please tell us. While it doesnt show the final moments (in this video), this Scottish Guy in this video really knows what he is doing in a road-side Police encounter.
