Its crazy I was let go from my job at chrysler because I was told that the Sunday I signed up to work was canceled but he failed to mention that the Cherokee side was still runing so i got let go for not showing! In 19 months I have never missed a Sunday and I signed up for every Sunday that was offered! I cant belive this also I called off on Oct 10th and chrysler said that they have no record of me calling in when I showed them the call log which was at 436 am and the call lasted 26 seconds just like my other logs have been! But chrysler still refused to belive me! Now I had 3 pick days off which are days that employees can request for days off ! Now I took a picture of the paper that showed the days I had off so i would know exactly what days I had off, also my team member was there when I requested the days off ! So without knowing it chrylser had charged me with an occurrence saying I only had two days off not 3 and therfore I had to take another occurrence which I shouldnt of had too! So I should only be on step 4 not 7 but one more thing I had called in after 5 for my fmla and in the past thats how it worked now all of a sudden u have to call off befor 5 now which the shift starts at 530am so i should be on step three now and my 3 occurrences should all be dropped cause it has been a year since I had gotten the original 3 occurences! Now this is unfair to me right befor christmas and I have only been back from my bike wreck for 4 weeks and Im so far in debt I cant get out bymyself! Now when I called for assistance they asked me if I could borrow from friends and families which is typical the goverment wants the people to figure it out when they are the ones who are supposed to assist people in these type of situation s! Unreal so now not only do I not have money for food I cant even buy a Christmas card for anyone and I guess my phone will be shut off soon and they will come and reposses my car then I will be evicted from my home and on the streets thank u chrysler for being so fair to your employers! Also thanks to the goverment for not assisting me and letting me loose everything Ive earned I spent my 9 grand that i had in my savings while I was off for 15 weeks do to my bike wreck so now Im just dead in the water! I have no other options but to get a job that wont be able to cover my expenses that i have accumulated while with chrysler so i guess the system still needs some work! If any one has any ideas or leads to help me out I would appreciate your advise on how to come out of this mess! Just inbox me thanks
