Its easy to make excuses and convince yourself that you dont have time. Truth is you make time and you dont make excuses. You have to want it bad enough. It takes just 30 or so minutes a day and not even 7 days a week cause you have your rest days! When youre sitting on the couch watching a rerun or thinking about what to do being you have free time or snooping around in the kitchen because youre bored and are looking for something to eat, you could be working out! For just 1 hour (or however long you workout) youll sweat, youll be out of breath, youll get uncomfortable, youll wish it was easier, youll get tired, but IT IS ALL WORTH IT! You will feel what its doing to your body as youre working out and after!! Especially when you stay consistent with your workouts, you will feel and see your body transforming. Trust me that time your making to exercise will benefit you EVERY second and in the future! Its more then worth it!! It becomes fun and its easy to become addicted! After time you witness what its doing not ONLY to your outside appearance but on the inside as well!! The energy and stamina you gain, the almost high you feel when your done with your workouts, the happiness it brings into your life, the positive vibe you feel. You are treating your body great because it benefits you in MANY healthy ways. Its good for you all around! If you are wanting to make time for the fit life then by all means do so because you will NEVER be disappointed Be SORE tomorrow not SORRY
