Its finally here once again.... The Maltese night has been set for Sunday, February the 1st at 5:00pm. We will be serving laham ta ziemel as the main meal in a stew served with roasted potatoes, swett potatoes, onion, garlic, olives and rosemary. Entree will consist of the following... Gallett, gbejna tal bzar, gbejna niexfa, Maltese sausage (cooked and raw), bigilla, fazzola, fresh tomato, olives, sundried tomato and pickled onions. Dessert will be trifle and fresh fruit platters. All you can drink 1.25 soft drinks, Tea & Coffee. $50.00 per head must be paid for when you are making your booking. There will be only a limited amount of bookings taken.
