Its #fitnessfriday did you get your sweat on??☝This is a sneak peak into my p90 workout today, my husband and I started phase 2 this week, this workout is focused on upper body and lower body using weights, only 30 minutes. I love working multiple muscle groups at the same time, I am always challenged and never get bored…BURN BABY BURN In the past I would completely stop working out during winter months, I just cant handle the cold, but for the last 2 years I ve been able stay on track because of the convenience of working out at home and having a support system. Its so much easier to stick to your health and fitness goals when you have a group of people to keep you accountable. I need my support groups as much as they need me to help them. YOU have to want it, you have to plan for it, you have to fit it in your busy day, you have to be mentally tough, you have to use others to help you. The hard part isnt getting your body in shape. The hard part is getting your mind in shape. If you change your thinking, you can change your body. Start with yourself and the rest will all fall into place! PS. I am in love with my P90 shirt and hat that I got from Beachbody, they are gifts for helping many get started with their health and fitness goals last month :D and its perfect since I am doing this program now.
