Its funny I was training with a client today at LVAC and after one of my sets I overheard a guy that I guess was a trainer, that had this really wide, unsymmetrical to his body, talking to a lady. A trainer that immediately name drops people he trains and says he trains most of the trainers in Lvac but they wont admit it lol. Is a trainer that Im my book is wack and reaching. Lol. I almost stepped in and said dude your wack, hey ms. Come to City where good trainers work. My New Years resolution is to look more approachable and friendly.
