Its funny how everybody suddenly has an opinion about my looks. Saying that Ive become to skinny to my face or behind my back. Im eating 6 meals a day, taking on board way more calories than most women. I weight train and Im fit, healthy and strong. Im normal weight, 55kg for my 166cm. You can set a watch after my monthly periods, I sleep like a baby and I have an abundance of energy and joy. 😝💪🙏 When I weighted almost 90kg and ate crap every night, going down the same path as my overweight mother who died of a heart attack, nobody said a word. How come? 😳Everybody seems to be busy having an opinion now.. Who heard me ask anybodys opinion?
