Its funny that I order a medium steak and they bring me a medium Rare...!! I told the manager for Applebees and she turned around and told me that the steak is a medium ..!! And i said no!! And when I told her I am a culinary professional for olive garden she said Im sorry sir and just walked away...!! I told her I will go to the back to the kitchen and show her cooks how to use a thermometer ....!! Lmfao..!! So I asked them to cook it a lil longer and end up bringing my steak back and cooked well done....damn u fukn cooks are horrible....
