Its going down right now!!! #Burpees & #DBSnatches Add this 8min mini workout at the end of your usual training routine and I guarantee youll feel the pump!! How To Do It... *First grab a suitable dumbbell weight to snatch with* - You have 1min to do 10 x DB Snatches on each arm - Whatever time you have left over of that minute use for your rest (so make sure you snatch FAST!!) - As soon as the minute is up you are going straight to MAX Burpees for 1min!! Remember your score - After the 1min has finished youll go straight back into the 10 x DB Snatches again and repeat this process until you have completed 8mins all up (4 x DB Snatches & 4 x MAX Burpee sets) Dont forget to count your score for the total amount of Burpees youve done. That is your score!!! Our max today was 70 by Catty! #BOOM!! #AllAboutThoseGains
