Its just 7 weeks away and leading up to it Stephen will be away for 2 weeks, returning to Oz 4th Dec so he would like to get the names of those likely to be attending sooner rather than later. A reminder that letting him know you will be there, or hope to be there, allows him to prepare name tags and also gives the hotel management an indication of numbers for catering purposes We are not levied a room hire so I try to do the right thing by them, it has been a good venue and they have been good to us.
