Its my beloved wifes birthday today, and my smartalek mouth has me in danger of being locked outside. DESPITE my having stacked up roses, candy, high-dollar wine, and a couple of pretty witty cards around the coffeepot, where shed find them first thing. She showered while I was reading the paper. After drying and dressing and such, she came out and declared There! I washed all the old off. And all I said was Boy, itd be a pretty good time to weigh yourself. Cant be much moren thirty pounds left. Im a little afraid to come out of my office until the candy kicks in. Pray for me.
