Its nearly end of the year,, so let me conclude year 2014. It was the year makes me think and realize a lot of things. I spent a lot of time for labels recordings and concerts during 2012 - 2013, so I decided to do different type of activities to meet more variety of music this year. Maybe I wanted to go back to SO::ONs early days,, more experimental activities. As a result, I re-realize doing non-indie rock type of activities is still risky,, but I enjoyed all the events I did this year and had a great experience watching many great live performances. In October, I went to Berlin and Poland for the first time and saw more interesting live performances.I was impressed by so many things but I was shocked especially by difference of circumstances between where I live and Europe. It makes me think a lot,, and I miss there a lot. It become a good reason for me to think about my life and future. This year, finally Ive finished making my solo album. Because of some reasons, I still cant release it but Im trying to work on it and hope I can let you listen to it as soon as possible. Releasing album nowadays isnt a big thing but I hope it will show me a way to move forward. Vinyl finally arrived in Thailand from Germans pressing plant today,, almost ready to blast. Because of my personal projects,, I didnt spend much time for labels activities this year. But Desktop Errors 2nd album made good buzz and theyve got more offers for the show. Its been 8 years since they released 1st EP,, to be honest I didnt expect them to become such a good band and Im very happy to see them playing on big stages with a lot of audience. Im expecting Two Million Thanks to become more popular,, I feel bit sorry for them that I didnt spend much time to promote their mini album. But I believe they will become big in a near future, they are definitely the best live act among young generation,, there is no doubt on it. At the moment we are recording PLOTs 1st full album. Selling CD is getting more difficult every year but if we try our best to make good music, good result will coming back to us,, I believe. One of biggest event beside Europe trip was meeting my idol engineer Zak san at BMMF. At the workshop, he taught us many things not only the mixing technique but also idea of being a sound engineer. He encouraged us a lot and I was so happy to witness his work right in front of my eyes. I think way of his work can apply to everything,, pay careful attention to basic process rather than use special trick, being neat but also quick. He certainly showed us miracle of mixing,, but it came from most basic way of mixing Ive ever seen. So, as always, 2014 have passed so quick but brought me so many great experiences and many valuable encounters. Thank you very much for all your support, I really appreciate. Wish you all the best!
