Its nice to have a hobby. Im fortunate to have a career I adore. I love what I do, truly yet my work/life balance is way out of kilter! Im back to my swimming & walks by the river this week as Ive gotten so lazy this summer! I needed to find a hobby where I could switch off my psychic antennae and just be Fiona! Well Ive found it! Ive always loved make up & have been fascinated by how these artists can work wonders! I attended a fantastic demonstration tonight & Im hooked! I used to love doing the make-up for my house mates in college so do not be surprised in the following months to see pics posted of my victims- ahem, handi-work! I also love the helpful staff at the make-up pro store in Newry. Any of these girls could pass as a supermodel & they are absolute sweethearts. I could talk pigments , contouring & blending til the cows come home! It feels great to do something just for me, that I get a kick out of! Its about time I started taking my own advice!
