Its no secret that I am passionate about my work. But anyone - TopicsExpress

Its no secret that I am passionate about my work. But anyone who has been near me for the last 45 years (the length of time since my first official berry picking job) knows that I try and find passion in every exploit. Because its there. Yeah, sometimes its harder to find. But its key to making all 24 hours of your day count. Gail Hite-Cua has done an incredible job in both her life AND career by separating life and work. She can do the latter without deep emotional engagement. And the moment she hits the parking lot, she can make a binary shift to passion. Sometimes fueled by Margaritas. Often just her own connection with things outside of J-O-B. I care what you do. In fact, years ago I put together a simple course that taught people this: How to get the job you want. Doing what youre good at (and hopefully, what you love). Making the kind of money you desire. Living where you want to live (in the US). Its not rocket science. And no, Im not pitching some rags to riches course. (If youre ever at a crossroads, just ask and I can step you through the simple process). I just want to encourage you to do one of two things: 1) Find passion in your work. So that youre not pushing papers or parts. So youre feeding your soul. or... 2) Find passionate work. Something that so delights you that the defining line between work and play is a blur. And your life? Richer because of it.
