Its not amazing but here is Fremione for Tonks (: -Rose x The astronomy tower was quiet enough for Hermione to hear her own heart thumping in her chest. In the dead of night, she sat upon a window ledge, her legs dangling delicately outside the tower. She sniffed again, wiping the endless dribble of tears from beneath her swollen eyes. Hermione clutched helplessly at the blanket wrapped around her shoulders, desperate for something to hold on to. The fight echoed endlessly in her mind. Rons sneering joke and wild laugh, her harsh words in defense. The image of her friends hurt face as he turned and ran away was firmly stamped on her minds eye. The guilt was overwhelming her and she continued to cry silently. Mione? That you? a familiar warm voice broke the harsh silence of the night. She squeezed her eyes shut. No noise escaped from her lips, instead, a loud sob echoed through the tower. Oh, Hermione, suddenly, strong arms were surrounding her, comforting and welcome. I didnt know what to do, Fred. I shouldnt have said it. Do you think Ron will forgive me? whispered Hermione, buring her head into his warm shoulder. Yeah, I think he will. Dont worry about it right now. Okay? he murmured and she nodded wearily. His lips found hers and he pressed a gentle kiss to her mouth. Its alright, love, Fred whispered. She smiled weakly and rested her head upon his sturdy shoulder. Silence fell as they sat together in each others arms until eventually, Hermione drifted off into a dreaming oblivion.
