Its not easy to be a family man.... Most of those martyrs that sacrificed their lives in the bible were all singles,Paul,Stephen even married Peter after his initial denial of Christ re-emerged after the Pentecost to released his life in totality for the Kingdom job...Perhaps thats why Jesus refused to marry.. Seriously I still attributes Peters initial denials of Christ to the second thoughts about his immediate family future without him...My point is Once you get married, you are no longer alone in the Picture,your wife and kids come into every decision you make as A Good husband...Or else why is it that the overzealous Apostle Peter,who boasted of loving Christ more,who first drew out sword to defend Christ in the garden of Gethsemane,who in effects cut a soldiers Ear,that eventually denied same Christ,not once but three times,forgetting the prediction of Jesus concerning same Denial & the cock crow... Women cherish your Man at home,many temptations they overcame,so many Risks & decisions they refused to take simply bcos of You and the kids.Risks that may have turned some into Multi-millionaires...
