Its not hipsters, Californians, or even traffic that gets me threatening to leave my beloved Austin Texas. Its the damn mountain Juniper pollen that we call Cedar fever here...Full misery for about the next two months. Going to over share here a little bit…Today is a T-shirt day. What that means, is that you wake up out of bed knowing that if you use toilet paper or even the most advanced technology of Kleenex or puffs that mankind has to offer, youre going to mow through about a quarter of a rain forest and its going to feel like razor blades by noon...so you find a soft old shitty T-shirt to sneeze into all day long… Yeah its like that...Gets me looking at the real estate around Portland and Seattle real quickly.
