Its not often Im proud of myself but Im proud of myself! I have always been in awe of those who run....I have never been one of those but have longed too...anyone who knows me knows Im not remotely athletic...never really played sports but have exercised over the years. All thru my twenties in fact maybe a bit much...thirties pretty much as well. I hit my forties and Im like really? UGH! But I make an effort just not very consistently.
