Its not that this commissioner is incompetent, its that he has surrounded himself at the highest level with incompetent people. As the captain of the ship you can either run aground or you can take control and stay on course. If you have people who are too stupid to do their jobs, fire them. If you have people in leadership roles who have the audacity to bully and degrade people then its a no brainer. But, if youre willing to put up with that kind of behavior then you get what you get. If it were me, I believe I would focus on rebuilding from the top down because business is just like a snake...where the head goes, the body has to follow. Sometimes, as an old boss of mine used to say..you have to shoot a hostage.
