Its official! Adopt-a-bull Peaches is on her way to becoming a explosive detection canine! She was dropped of with trainer Lisa Caughlin of Canine Academy Training Center and will then be placed with a Texas police dept. that already has another pittie on their force! Lisa explained that approx 1 in 250 dogs she tests makes into the program and Peaches passed with flying colors. It makes our hearts smile to know that such a good pup that was wasting away at a local shelter will now be living the life she was meant to, helping keep others safe. She will be a house dog with her handler on the police department and her talents with be harnessed and put to use in such a positive way. This is Love-A-Bulls second adopt-a-bull that has been lucky enough to land a spot with Lisa! We couldnt be more excited and grateful. Well keep everyone updated on Peaches progress!
