Its official as of today. Everyone has been asking about what I am doing here in Miami. Well now I can tell you. For a long time now we having been adding more back of house paperwork, safety responsibilities, management, and administrative duties to our Cruise Directors plates. This had taken them away from the stage. Away from our guests. Starting next month we will introduce a new senior management position that will now lead our on board entertainment teams and be responsible for for the global entertainment programs of each of our ships. The new department head will be known as the Entertainment Director. Our cruise directors will report to the new position and this will free them up to do what they do best; engage and entertain our guests as the face and voice of our ships. My role in all this will be to help facilitate the training and roll out of the new position with my two colleagues, James Charlton and Kevin Noonan. So you may see me on a ship soon, but in a more supervisory role as we expect it to take over two years to implement across the fleet. Undoubtably, this is the biggest change to CCL entertainment in 20 years and a cruise industry first.
