Its pretty lame to talk about CD players (Amazon calls them boom boxes--thats taking it way back!) in 2014, but I need to use you for crowd sourcing. Wed like for our preschooler to be able to listen to audio books in her room during rest time. Whats the best way to do that? Today we pulled out our ancient CD player (or boom box, if you prefer) only to discover that it doesnt work after being stored in various closets, basements, and garage spaces for over a decade. Should we buy a 2014 version of a boom box? The library has books on CD for kids. Or maybe a portable CD player (with headphones)? In theory, that could work for both girls when we bike too...if we used our headphone splitter. Would an MP3 player be better? (Like an iPod, only not an iPod. While we might need to update our technology, lets not go crazy! An iPod would probably be too much, too soon for me!) Also, thanks to you all, were now officially Amazon Prime members. Will that help me with audio books? Why am I making this so difficult?
