Its pure and simple economics. Businesses want the best bang for their buck. You dont get that from whiny people that request special privileges. This means choosing between a contentious people and a a quiet simple person is not a difficult one. Successful businesses are team environments. This is why most higher tiered jobs are hired within the company itself, and not outside. If they hire a person prone to be a cancer in the workplace, it will only affect the production of the other workers. If Muslims want jobs, they can speak out against immature actions of other Muslims.
